About the project
IT4biz is an IT services company from Belgrade that came to us with a request to deliver a white labeled Hosted Exchange solution for them. IT4biz wanted to offer Hosted Exchange solution for their current customers, and they wanted to offer the service to the public as well.
We agreed to design a cost effective solution for up to 1000 mailboxes and that we could scale up easily in the future. Briefly, the design consisted of a cluster handling mail traffic (Linux based), Microsoft Exchange cluster for mailboxes and client access and an open source control panel. All the equipment and licenses are hosted and supported by OneManaged (MNS) while IT4biz offers top of the class Hosted Exchange service to their customers directly and via network of their resellers. We have a great feedback from IT4biz since we had no downtime and handled all the requests we got from them within promised SLA.
